Hi there New kit here! Lets see what can I tell you about myself. First of all, yes.. another one of the backyard aquaponics supporter (my hubby) and have some earth plantation here and there. 3 pots of citrus (lime, lemonade and mandarin), a small patch of ginger patch somewhere... If you wonder why I put the word "somewhere" cause my hubby plant it in years ago, we only harvested once in year 2008 and now its unknown whether its even alive I guess this is just a started right? Hope can chat and learn the tips and tricks from the experts here... Cheers

Hi there Kit.... I know what you mean about the ginger, I used to have ginger, galangal, orris root, all sorts of tuber type plants but I think maybe most of them are gone now... Perhaps with a bit of luck something will pop up again in the future.... |

Best thing is to buy a bit more, then plant it, and try to remember where you plant it... I have some big pots at my place, I might try growing some in a large pot. |
