i am an avid natural type gardener. i currently farm about 1 acre and am in the process of building a large'er scale ap system for market sales of greens and lettuce.
i live on 6.29 acres that i homestead farm.
i keep chickens for meat ,and eggs. muscovy ducks, red bourbon turkeys, i have rabbits, goats, and sheep.
i raise worms and use the vermicast"worm poo" as fertilizer.
during the hunting season i process deer, i ran about 150 animals thru this past season. so as you would guess i am able to butcher any type of critter with the lambs being the best
,and have the coolers and tools to get it done properly.
i sell veggies at the local farmers market, i work the ground very hard planting and replanting each plot up to 3-4 times per season. most folks have grass and weeds growing in their plots up to their rear ends, and burned up veggies by july here.
last season i grew 610 tomato vines then planted 400 more in june and july as late crops. i made 8 plantings of yellow summer squash. 3 of zuchinni 4 cucumbers 4 corn. i usually have a single day turn around on a plot, because i keep seeds started all season and plant transplants.
heres an example as soon as a plot of squash starts to bloom i plant another one so by the time the bugs finally take it after say 5-6 real good pickings the next one starts to bear within a week or so.
this type of stagerd plantings can be done with any number or sized plot, you just need to keep them apart because of the bugs.
the only time mine rests is after the "hot" weather crops are gone and winter cover crops are planted...mustard greens and turnips.
ok enuff i can talk land all day if you let me....bare feet in the soil...dammm its sexie...lol

wow, sound very productive, can't wait to see some photos.
And do you know what that is with all the red berries, I saw in one pic you said it's a cherry?? Doesn't look like what I know as a cherry tree...
