:help: Can someone tell me where to get those blue barrels that are being used in AP systems? Are they available second hand and for about how much?

Not that it's of any help but I seen some today for $15 each at Caboolture Markets.

Not sure if the price is good for second hand ones or not. At least you have a ball park figure for what they may sell for.

Sometimes feed stores like stock feed places have them. More rural than inner city.

The guy at the Guilford weigh bridge generally has them. I think for about $30.
The weigh bridge is on the left just before Guilford Grammar school heading towards Guilford from Midland.
Hope this helps :thumb:

Thanks, guys. I'll check them out when I'm in Perth sometime.

LV, your info was useful too. Thanks

Farmers have them but need cleaning as had chemical in them, we used some to transport trout and they were fine after flush out, Forum Member Rick had some also maybe PM him as to where they came from but I would say they came from a farm

They used to be dirt cheap, but lately they have increased in price quite a bit. They guy I was buying them from used to sell them for $10, I think he's now selling them for $20.

Check the quokka under the industrial section, there's often blue barrels and IBC's in there..
