Dinner tonight was pretty cool, fish fingers and wedges. Topped off with fried eggs, tomatoes, lettuce and zucchinis from our own backyard. Our first AP lettuce and our first ripe tomatoes since summer, chooks are laying I'm really looking forward to spring now. If only my potatoes and perch were ready as well. |

Nice one! I dont have my AP setup yet, but I have a few vegies and some laying chooks. Very rewarding. |

Nice one LV. My spuds are well on the way, but not gunna be harvesting any of the perch until mid-summer I think. Fortunately I have two neighbours with chooks so don't really need my own ! |

Rick popped in yesterday and he may be lucky to harvest his perch this year, 18 months already Chooks don't seem to lay much either when it's cold, one Isa laid an egg smaller than a Bantams the other day, the ice is great for the apples and cherries though, but bacon and apples doesn't have the same appeal |
