 Hi Guys, If any of the Perth WA natives on this forum want a great day out on the 20th of March check out:

Local arts, crafts and produce, face painting, music, animals and more! Shady stalls available (enquiries to Alicia Tel 9571 1580 A/H or aliciawindle at hotmail dot com). Other enquiries Jo Sibbel, Tel 0439 901625 or j.sibbel at bigpond dot com. Bullsbrook Residents and Ratepayers Association

This is the first Farmers Market to be held in Bullsbrook and is run by the Bullsbrook Residents and Ratepayers Association so it is all about the local small town community and is not profit driven. If this Market is a success then hopefully more will follow and it may become a regular event and although work commitments will keep me away this time I want it to continue so that in the future I can have a stall of my own. :joy:

Please come along and support this venture to ensure it's future.

I believe that some stalls are still available for any one wanting to sell their wares, contact details are on the website.

Thanks

Simo

P.S. I think there will be a pumpkin carving contest so be creative and bring your creation along on the day.

simo, i sell veggies at my local market, and i have sooo much fun there. the moneys good an the feeling of passing on fresh healthy produce make it better. its getting hard to find a town without a local producers market.

Yeah, I really hope it takes off on my town, the one thing we are short of shopping wise is a variety of fresh fruit and veg which is ironic given it is a fruit growing area and so many local produce good veg.

Simo, are the markets still going? What days if they are. Kalamunda are good but we are always looking for day trips.

Sort of.

A different mob run one on their winery, some local fruit a veg but mostly boutique items, not as big as Kalamunda and a fair way out of town but there is nice food so not a bad day trip.
