We have a surplus of rabbits (yes, they breed like rabbits!) due to our buck getting out uninvited! They are Giants- a good meat rabbit reaching 1kg dressed weight at 12 weeks old. There is a mix of male and female, some black some grey. $15 each.

Do you mean how we tell our kids that we eat them? I think that is very individual for each family. Ours grew up knowing that meat comes from animals, and we kept animals for meat, but every family will have its own way of dealing with it I think. |
