So this morning I cleared a nice space at my NEW place to plant my vegetables and I noticed that in the sunniest area; the area I want to use: has some fairly tough soil that would be hard to till.

Do you know if theres an easier way to lpp

Is it clay or compacted soils?
If clay add gypsum
Then mulch and create a no dig garden
In no time the soil underneath will become soft
