Been looking at starting the still up again but one of the most important things is pure water. Has anyone used a flippable roof. When it rains you turn the tin over and collect water on the clean side. |

Reminds me of a thing I saw on the New Inventors many years ago. http://www.abc.net.au/tv/newinventors/txt/s1315425.htm Unfortunately you can't watch the video any more because it was back in 2005. Very unusual device that opened up when it started to rain to collect the water, then closed again when the rain stopped.. |

I had to use water hardener for rain water, our scheme is pretty good so not a problem |
