Luffas are drying out. Not sure what I'm going to do with 80 ish. Was toying with the idea of a fish filter. When it blocks up with fish poo just throw it into the worm farm or plant it under a plant in the garden.

See how you go withe these ones.. I seem to remember my mum growing them and finding it rather fiddly to get all the seed out of the luffa.

I just peeled a bit of the skin off and gave it a shake and all of the seeds fell out. Might have been a bad idea spreading all those seed out in the yard tho. :bash:

A compact wicking bed. The blue containers on the table are used upside down with a few holes and then covered with perlite. Then weed mat and a soil mix. Only water them every couple of weeks.

I might have to get that a go, be good to play around with and see how chillies grow in a wicking bed.

Cool, my seed order turned up yesterday Neil from thehippyseedcompany is pretty quick with his processing.

My order was nearly the same as yours. all the best for the upcoming growing season.

Also got a bag of the dried ghosts to try. Could of used the seeds from them but didn't know if they were the same ones he uses for seed stock.
