I am looking to buy a Dingo here in Germany, there is not one :-( So I am looking to buy one in Australia. Is there something I should be aware of, like tools, which are a must have or certain issues or spare one should get as well? Thanks for any answers! |

Not sure how you would go with quarantine laws etc, also you should be warned, they have been known to take babies... |

I do not think there is a problem the other way round, most problems tent to occur when you ship into Australia. The European flora and fauna has been ruined all ready :-). Really, they live on babies? I have to get in touch with my local maternity ward, maybe they are some mothers with unwanted ones. Just for clarification: I am looking for the machine :-) |

Dingo are not the only small stand on loader any more. There are Kangas, Toros, Vermeers, Boxers and a range of others some of which I am sure are non Australian. The ones I have seen that are non Australian are tracked which having used dingos, kangas and small skid steers is in my view a good thing. I am sure google will turn up what the other brands are. For me, implemement wise I would want a four in one bucket, rake bucket, forks and an auger but it really depends what your land area and use is. Also having used one extensively landscaping I found it gave my knees gip and I would opt for a Toyota SDK4 or similar (I did own an old one of these and it was great). My dream machine is a Posi Trac RC30 |

Just have to add, it is funny hearing that people from anywhere outside of Aust want to buy from us. Our manufacturing base is pretty much non existant these days and what we do make is generally highly over priced if bought from here |

Well the reason I wanted to buy Australian is, that I though they are not existent anywhere else, but since you pointed out some other companies I think I will have a further look around. Thanks a lot! |
