That's hard to pick, but I guess I drink pale ale and pilsner most. Generally Little Creatures, a locally brewed beer from Fremantle.

Yeah, I live on their pale ale and pilsner.... The brewery is worth a visit, make sure you have a feed while your there too, damn good food. Also try and go during the day if at all possible, evenings and weekends it gets pretty packed.

Any dark beer and India Pale Ale get my votes !

Working on getting my recipes on par with the two best ones out there; Coopers Stout and Little Creatures Pale Ale :thumb:

I find that adding DDM (Dark Dry Malt) and Roasted Barley Grain to a Coopers Stout Tin does a nice stout, still not as AWESOME as Coopers Best Extra but I'm getting closer.

I am an all grain brewer so quite often experiment, but generally have a Porter on tap along with a Lager. The style you don't have that I use as my "house beer" or BBQ ale is an ALT.

I'm going to have to be the one to ask... what is an ALT?
