Post subject:  what're you drinking? :)

Well, while not Exactly Homebrew ;) Tonight I got home from work to find that my lovely wife had brought home a couple of diffferent beers and cidres :)

so , So far, toninght, we have had, Gage roads premium lager, Boags' Premium lager, Genesis, cidre, Three kings cidre, and John keppler's premium irish cidre! ther is also some dos equis in the fridge too, that may get a run tonight :)

There is also another differnt cidre, and a blue tongue ginger beer that look promising too :)


Sooooo, who else is enjoying a cool one or three?

Wife and I Enjoyed some Local Wine with dinner and iv topped it off with some stella's good mix i reckon....

Going to be Picking Mantis's Brains on homebrew very soon to get some of my own cranking :)

Managed to knock out 3-4 cervezas tonight, followed by a stout or 2 and have ginger beer waiting to come of age....at about 6%... :cheers:

I recently made a batch of Coopers Heritage Lager made with 1.5kg of light malt extract. Definately one of my favourite brews :cheers:

Finally bottled a Dark wheat beer just before xmas...even used my own dark roasted barley :wink: also bottled a cerveza and another dark ale.
I also managed a real mild flavored rum and a strong bourbon just before crissy and have left some of it to age :wink:
