I put in 2 to see how they went. I'll take a picture when they come up and I work out where I planted them.

Hi folks, I've planted out some saffron corms and will try and keep an update of how it goes. I planted twenty corms, so if all goes well I should have enough saffron for at least a couple of recipes. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saffron As these are bulbs there is no point in pictures as yet because the grow bed looks like a bare earth patch. I'll take progress photos once they start sticking their heads out of the loam. Himzo. |
