how do you keep the water in?

Sorry the submersible is a davey pump matched with the rain bank controller. When I bought the initial tanks from west coast poly in canning vale they also sold the pump and controller.
The leaf eaters are place just under the eave above the tank height, the setup is a wet type set up where by there is water in the man line. I have fitted a dump valve that diverts into a soak well so during the summer there is no water in the line that can stagnate.
I give the gutters a thorough clean out, and also leave the dump valve open during the first lot of rain to ensure that I minimise the amount if dust that goes into the tanks.
I have all the tanks hooked up in series so as one fills they all fill, and same as when they empty.
The tanks have been installed for 4 years now and have had no problems with leaks, discolouration etc.
