Nothing really specific about the finger lime though other than saying some of the varieties are crosses with a native finger lime. The finger lime Simo posted on the last page looks real appetising to me compared to some of the crosses. Simo, where did you get to try it and have you got any more info on them or where to get them? |

Thanks Joel, I have emailed them asking for where I can get them in Perth and if they recommend any particular variety for Perth. They look so yummy, I can just imagine mixing them through a fresh AP garden salad and the zing you would get when you bite through one of those little capsules. |

Got a reply back, they do not supply to WA because of the pain involved with quarantine. They also do not know of anyone in WA who is propagating them. I really want some of these for the three new raised limestone beds at school so if someone finds any here in WA please let me know. |

Found them.........................at Dawsons in Forrestfield $39.95 each. Got one of each they stock for school, one is fine leaved and prickley with small red fruit called Red Centre (I think)and one looks like a lime and has more yellow fruit, can't remeber it's name. |

Sorry for the late reply, the ones I ate were from the Coloundra markets sunshine coast QLD, I have never seen them in WA. I know this doesn't help much. Do Dawsons stock the fingerlimes or just the CSIRO varieties? |

Yep finger lines can now be bought in WA, I just got one from Joe @ Tass1Trees, only $25 so the price has come down now that they are not so rare, apparently a bloke in WA has got a licence to propergate them circumventing the tricky WA quarentine issues. ![]() |
