Just got 5 muscovies - 4 four month old females and one 2 years old bruiser drake.
I was under the impression that ducks loved snails, though these show only a passing interest, and also are similar with greens such as kale and silver beet. I'm not sure if its because they have been fed pellets, but they go crazy for pellets when I give them those.
On Pellets, I have bought some duck grower and finisher pellets as the store did not have duck layers pellets. Does anyone know if I should get a specific duck layers pellet for them, or will the growers and finisher do, and if not will chicken layers pellets be ok?
