I'm still trying to work out how high it grows. When ever I think it has stopped it gets a little bigger. I'm 6ft ish and I can't touch the tops of it.

Yep - get pretty tall, to the extent that stems on the otsides of the clumps have little support and tend to bend over to the ground.
