Yep oldute IT was my business before I took up a career in sitting on my arse, I found using less technical terms made things a lot easier to teach people, I did computers in that late 90's and early 00's when they were new to most people, especially the net,

The other way is to just send 36 invoices, one for every person who lives in Benger... You'd probably end up with half a dozen people paying the invoice....
