Yep....

Chipottle sauce is very nice, I thought fairly hot, but the others didn't think it was too bad. The Chutney is excellent, I love the spicy curry flavours in it. The wine is only something you have in VERY small doses, was that the one you poured over icecream CD?

Still on the topic of chillies. I'm experimenting with a new sauce today a blend of chocolate, red and orange habaneroes. With some dorset nagas, trinidad scorpions, mango, tomato and garlic thrown in for good measure.

If it works well it will be added to our line of sauces.

Probably aiming for a more caribbean style sauce, it is similar to a molé type sauce.
