Well, I found the missing chook this morning!

Opened my car door to go to work and the smell that I was hit with was overwhelming :yuck:

I called out to my wife "I think I know where that hen was hiding" :shock2:

I was working on my car on friday and had the doors open, the chook must have jumped in for a look and I've closed the door behind it! :scared2:
Three days that poor chook was in there! :sad2:

poor bloody chook :(
We had a similar situation here last week, Jaymie collects bugs and freshwater shrimp on tuesdays as part of her work. last tuesday they only caught a couple and they were left in the back of the car in a little plastic box , with some water, until I removed them on Sundat arfternoon, 3 of them were still happily swimming around in the waterand I assume that they had eaten the corpes of the others because I couldn't see any bodies in the bpttom of the cage. Maybe next time dave, stick the chook in a bucket of water :)

You will never stop the dog attacking them, anytime no ones around and he has a chance :bat:
