Put a bulkhead fitting, ball valve and hose attachment to my first flush diverter so I could water my vegies with the stagnant water that I would usually just let go on the ground. Pretty happy works well, ever drop counts

Sorry, angle makes taking a photo impossible and I don't want to unscrew it now that it is in place and not leaking, but I think I can describe it for you.

Drill 30mm hole in middle of the end cap and use standard 25mm bulk head fitting through hole tighten to make the seal, cut half the exposed bulkhead fitting thread off, screw 25mm ball valve onto the remaining thread and screw the piece that you cut off into the other end of the ball valve and screw 25mm tap fitting to this.

Dug out the composted manure form the poo bath, see how after 4 odd months soaking in the bath it turns to rich soil like structure once the water evaporates

do you stock earth worms in your soil beds? the worms work wonders in them.

MMMMmmmmmm I want some poo. Things have been so dry around here I have given up this year. Am awaiting the energy to do my next wicking bed, finish mulch bays, chook pen and move my IBC fish tank up to my dirt garden where it will become an azola filled water resiviour for my wicking beds.

Pretty jealous of how your place is looking, you have been working through the heat whereas I have just been hiding :god:

hot days, no water and delayed shade cloth mean I ripped out all the thirsty plants and just went for the sun hardy ones

Collard greeds, capsicum, sun flowers, strawberried and rhubarb in this bed
