I tried a leg of lamb with vegies. You could cut the lamb with a butter knife. :thunbs:

Tonights effort....I really like the old weber, does some fantastic meals but I would say pig is the best.
Best trick I have found is placing water in a separate container (in this case a cast pan) with garlic in it :thumb:
I find it keeps the meat moist and the garlic flavors but doesn't over power.
The golden nugget pumpkin I grew as well as the onions and the garlic and the carrots were done inside with honey......the spuds and the pig were the only things I didn't grow :thumb:

Sausage cacciatore with brown rice... Only put one glass of red wine in it, so had to drink the rest.. The house has still got a garlic/tomato/wine smell about it this morning...

Huge bowl of beef and veggie stirfry with egg noodles..

I'm really starting to get the stir fries down to a fine art, less than 15 minutes from starting to chop up the veg, to finished and eating it... My tips for a really good stir fry? Throw in finely chopped fresh garlic and ginger with the meat into hot peanut oil as well as a dash of sesame oil, then also a good heaped spoonful of shrimp paste and stir into the meat. Once the meat has browned a bit throw in the chopped up veggies, stir for a couple of minutes then add egg noodles, splash in a bit of soy sauce while the veg starts to cook a little. Add a good dash of Chinese rice wine and keep stiring for a couple more minutes. Tip out of wok into dirty big bowl, sprinkle some deep fried shallots over the top, grab chopsticks and away you go....

First pic was taken at 8.39, last pic with food in the bowl was at 8.46. Grand total of 7 minutes, with most of the veg chopped up while the chicken was cooking..
