Fresh trout, caught straight from the pool and baked with fresh herbs and lemons plus stir-fried fresh veggies picked straight from the garden, stir-fried......makes a delicious and very healthy dinner!

Home made Pizza and loaf of bread for tomorrows lunch go in tonight

Just had 3 types of barbied reef fish (C trout,emperor hassar)from a mate for lunch and a virtually home grown tabouleh (I had to buy the onion garlic and cracked wheat.)

Veggie soup, all from home grown veggies, love the fact that when the cupboard is bare I can just take a stroll through the veggie patch and produce a meal.
