I'll get things rolling with this fugly carrot, needlessto say it went to the horses, didn't want to turn the kids off carrots for life :scared2:

I think it might still have the record Simo, but no doubt it wont be long until some clown cultivates something more fiendish!

As for the uses I think practical jokes are probably the pinnacle, otherwise you just use a tiny amount in whatever you are cooking.

1 in 20 litres of wheat beer would go quite nicely I reckon :cheers:

Here is my contribution. Think this could be a sign of either too much nutrition or not enough :dunno: I grew these in crappy grey sand with hardly any compost or manure added. Its the first crop from that part of the garden so cant complain :thunbs:

They turned out much like mine Bender, Im currently cooking parsnip and chorizo soup with some, they still taste great!

I must have got the same seeds ,my ones look identical .
Good thing is you get 2 crispy bits per parsnip when roasted :thumb:
