we've just had a couple 100mm of rain, so all the fill is getting compacted nicely. of course, we can't move any rocks while the ground is this soft :bash:

Yeah, you don't wanna make it too easy for him while the ground is nice and lubricated

I'd love to be a no timer. I can't understand these people who say that if they retired they'd have nothing to do. I could fill 2 lifetimes with all the things that I want to do without even leaving South East Queensland.

Yep, I'm with you VB - some people get frustrated because they're bored, I get frustrated cause there just isn't enough time to get half done of what I want to :bad:

'tis the time of year in North Queensland to be planting the veggie crop. Summer is usually too wet for most things to survive, and winter (our dry season) is cool enough for southern plants to survive.
So, we've recently planted garlic, turmeric, capsicum, passionfruit, pumpkin, sweet potatoes (two types)
And in the AP there are tomatoes, lettuce, beans, peas, various herbs, capsicum

There are seed potatoes and shallots on the way.

There are no photos

What have you done with Axl, Jaymie?
No photo of him since page 1, not even a comment from him to be seen anywhere.
Is he slaving away making your cider?

Nah, he's good, busy at work. We haven't done any work outside for ages because of the rain.
